In addition, the service-offerings have different levels of service and support built into them, ensuring that the customer can pick the service-level they are comfortable with.

Land based drilling:

The land-based drilling service option is designed for operations where high volumes of wells are required to develop fields. Project economics require that the drilling operation is carried out with maximum efficiency. Wells in these fields display similar characteristics, which improves the well planning process while ensuring repeatable performance from well to well.

Offshore development drilling:

This service option is a perfect fit for operators that are drilling multiple wells from a central location, such as a fixed offshore installation. In this scenario, driving down well costs is a major objective. However, well complexity can be very high due to factors such as well deviation, trajectory and geological setting - requiring each well to have a unique plan to best avoid recurring events.

Our offshore exploration drilling service option is tailored to operators that are drilling in areas of high uncertainty, where analogue well data is sparse and unforeseen challenges may occur. This programme is designed to reduce risk and uncertainty in the engineering and planning phase, while improving performance in the drilling phase. By building a solid knowledge base through the exploration process, the operator is also better informed when entering the development phase.
